Changes within the Project Management and Service Delivery team

We are pleased to announce several changes within the Project Management and Service Delivery team, which are designed to make services more consistent, repeatable, and reliable. The team will be divided into four areas: Strategic Services, Service Management Office, Customer Service, and Project Management Office. 

Strategic Services – Laurel Eddins is the Strategic Services Director. The area will handle the design, modification, and retirement of services. They will also lead strategic initiatives such as the rollout of ITSM and CSI.

Service Management – Ella Wider was selected as the Service Management Office Director. The office will oversee the transition and operations of services, including change management, knowledge management, problem management, and service level management.

Customer Service – Michael Cathcart is the Senior Director of Customer Service. His area includes all customer-facing teams, including the Service Desk, Desktop Support, and the Carolina Tech Zone.

Project Management – Al Crothers is the Interim Director of the PMO. The group will continue to lead both internal and external IT projects.
