NEW! Managed Documents in ServiceNow

The Service Delivery and Support team has begun piloting a document management system in ServiceNow. The Managed Documents module in ServiceNow provides better information organization and control around documents by providing workflow, storage, security, and categorization options. It can be used for a variety of internal documents, such as policies and procedures, compliance documentation, and knowledge articles.
