NEW! Dashboards in ServiceNow

Dashboards in ServiceNow can display multiple widgets and reporting sources on a single screen. In an effort to centralize reporting sources, we have enabled new ServiceNow dashboards in the platform. These are titled:

  • My Team's Open Incidents
  • DoIT Request Overview
  • My Group's Work Overview

Interactive Tours: Reporting in ServiceNow 101

We have begun We have begun creating interactive tutorials within ServiceNow - starting with how to create a report. Learn how to create a report, search for a report, and much more. 

NOTE: You must have the "New" reporting UI in order for the tour to work correctly. If you are using the older reporting UI, access a report and click "Switch to New UI" in the top-right corner to take advantage of our tutorial.

ServiceNow Tips

Anyone with technician (back-end) access to ServiceNow is able to create and submit Knowledge base articles.  Access our Knowledge Portal, and you can create a new knowledge article by clicking the blue button in the top-right hand corner.
