Change Calendar

The ServiceNow® platform features a Change Management calendar. Use the Change Calendar to view all Changes, and filter out different types of changes to fit your needs. We encourage everyone to review the Change Calendar in ServiceNow when planning changes. 

 

Stay updated with DoIT Incidents

To be notified when Priority 1 or 2 Incidents are created or updated, please subscribe to these notifications in ServiceNow. If you manage or work on a business critical system, you must subscribe to Priority 1 and 2 Incident notifications. You can receive alerts by email, text, or through the ServiceNow mobile app. Step-by-step instructions are available in our Knowledge Base.

 

NEW: Change Advisory Board (CAB)

Our Change Advisory Board reviews, assesses, and approves Significant and Major changes. These types of changes now have a new submission deadline: by end of business Wednesday. Minor changes will continue to follow the Friday submission deadline. Please refer to the Change Management process documentation for more details.

 

ServiceNow tips

If your change is in the Draft (new) state, before it has been requested for approval, you can find the record under the “My Draft Changes” in the left-hand navigator. If you have started the approval process of your change, your change can be found in “My Work.” If you have changes needing your approval, check “My Approvals”. The “Change Agenda” view will display the agenda items for each week's Change meeting.
