Participants in some ISA programs take courses at a local foreign university, while participants of other ISA programs may take courses at an ISA Study Center.  If the program you are considering takes courses at a local foreign university, look for the relevant foreign university in the table.  If the program you are considering takes courses at an ISA Study Center, look for ISA's U.S. school of record, the University of South Florida.
