About this Fellowship
Awarded to a graduating college senior to pursue one year of public service anywhere in the world.
The award allows recipients to engage in a meaningful public service activity for one year before proceeding on to graduate school or a career. Only current seniors are eligible to apply. One award guaranteed annually, but often 2 or 3 are given.
Deadlines are typically in January, but be sure to check the competition website for the current cycle’s deadline.

$30,000 stipend for a one-year public service project.

Fully-funded summer program for college juniors to study at one of several Junior Summer Institutes (JSI) in areas of public service and international affairs. Covers tuition at a PPIA JSI, $1,500 stipend, housing and meal plan, books and course materials.
Phi Beta Kappa Key into Public Service Scholarship
This scholarship and conference in Washington, D.C., is open to liberal arts and sciences students in their second through fourth years of undergraduate study. Scholarships will be awarded to students who have demonstrated both interest in working in the public sector and academic excellence. $7,600 and participation in a conference in Washington, D.C., for training and mentoring opportunities.
