About this Fellowship
Supports research on American history at institutions in New York.
The Gilder Lehrman American Institute short-term fellowship is open to doctoral candidates, college and university faculty at all ranks and independent scholars with international scholars also eligible to apply. Special fellowships are offered in the fields of colonial history, slavery and abolition studies, and cold war studies.

Award Value
