About this Fellowship
Professional development and leadership program for sophomores with disabilities.
This program guides Fellows through the internship recruitment process and connects them with Lime's corporate partners – some of the world’s leading corporations. Fellows participate in a one-day virtual networking event (Super Day) with corporate partners – like Google, Johnson & Johnson, Sony, and the NFL – and career development coaching before heading to NYC for an in-person, four-day leadership and development symposium. Fellows receive individual career coaching throughout their junior year.
Applicants should be current sophomores/rising juniors at a U.S. University who identify as having a disability (visible or invisible). Applicants MUST be to attend at least one of the two offered virtual Super Days and the four-day symposium. Well-qualified applicants are dedicated to representing the Lime Fellowship and its commitment to "rebranding disability through achievement," show promising hiring potential and interest in career development (any field, and Lime acknowledges that applicants' career goals may not be defined yet), and demonstrate a track record of leadership, teamwork, and achievement.
