About this Fellowship

Scholarship for a variety of 3-4 week summer courses in language or regional studies at German universities, taught in German.

Please note: Students applying for the DAAD must also complete the study abroad application process with the Education Abroad Office. See more information about the study abroad application process and their deadlines at the Education Abroad website.

To ensure accessibility to study and research opportunities, DAAD can cover up to 10,000 euros in accommodation-related costs upon request. Learn more here.

Award Value

€1,192, country-specific travel allowance, and payment towards insurance coverage.
