Become an Advisor
Do you want to work with exceptional college students? Contact Bethany Yost by emailing yost2@mailbox.sc.edu.
Who is eligible?
- Full-time faculty or staff members, including professors emeritus. Graduate students are not eligible.
- Previous experience in a fraternity or sorority is helpful, but not required. You do not have to be the same gender or have been a part of a particular fraternity or sorority to serve as advisor.
What if I know which chapter I want to advise?
Many advisors want to be involved with their fraternity or sorority, or know a student whose organization they'd like to help.
If you know of a chapter you want to advise, you can register through the individual student organizations.
