Carli joined the USC FSL team in 2017 as an associate director of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Additionally, she served as interim director for a year prior to accepting the full-time director role.

Prior to USC, Carli served as a coordinator for Fraternity and Sorority Life at Arizona State University.
