Bio

With a background rooted in higher education, Kelsi previously worked as an RLC at Louisiana State University (LSU), where she also earned my master’s degree in Higher Education Administration. 

In her professional journey, she’s developed a strong expertise in student engagement and college campus event planning, helping create vibrant, inclusive, and memorable experiences for students. She is passionate about fostering a positive residential community and supporting students’ personal and academic growth throughout their college experience.

Kelsi Bryant’s responsibilities:

• Overall supervision of residents and physical structure
• Address facilities issues regarding resident rooms and common spaces
• Supervise Resident Assistants
• Lead the Community Education Team (CET)
• Coordinate application processes for residency
