   Sets the strategic goals for the project and champions the initiative

• Project Leadership
   Oversees project management and implementation of the new system 

• Project Team
   Does the work of developing the new HR/Payroll system in collaboration with many others across the university system

   Provides input to the project team, and communicates information about the project and new system 

• Change Agent Network
   Communicates with colleagues about the new system, and advocates for positive change
