OIRAA Data Request Form for Non-USC Affiliates

If you are not affiliated with USC, you may request data using this form; such requests will be considered among other external and internal requests and availability of data and personnel.  Please Note: Approved data requests will take a minimum of 10 business days to complete.  Depending on the complexity and other office priorities and deadlines, your request may take longer.  We may need to contact you for clarification about your request. In addition, there may be unique circumstances that prevent us from completing your request. If that is the case, we will contact you using the information you provide here.

Years should be in a 4-digit format. Valid years include 2000 to present. OIRAA will not be able to provide data for the term currently in progress.

I acknowledge that if my request is approved for fulfillment, I will be provided a Data Use Agreement that I must complete and return to OIRAA before work on my request will begin. Failure to return the Agreement fully completed will result in cancellation of my request, usually within 30 days.
