Students who attend the Leadership in Action Series will be able to develop the skills required to holistically lead in and out of the classroom. Topics that leaders in action will connect with include leading effectively through communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution.

Kendra Bottini
Kendra Bottini, a USC alumna, is excited to share about her contributions to the Riverbanks Zoo and how she is using her Marine Sciences degree from the University of South Carolina in her career. Kendra has positionally advanced through her career at the Riverbanks Zoo and will share leadership skills and tactics that got her to where she is today.
Bear Evans
Robert "Bear" Evans is a friendly face you have probably seen around campus! As Chef Manager at Fresh Greene's, Bear will share about how he utilizes leadership in his role in the culinary industry. Bear's passion for community building will be spotlighted in this robust conversation.
Erin Curtis
Erin Curtis is Director of Operations and Special Projects for the Soda City Marketplace. If you enjoy a Saturday afternoon on Main St. with local vendors, you have Erin to thank! Erin works with a business development overview for Soda City. Erin will share about why investing in your Columbia community is important and how leadership is intertwined within community engagement.
