"Leadership the Disney Way"
This program challenges participants to discover and develop their unique leadership potential through the Disney Imagination Campus and the LSC Leadership Education team. By learning directly from Disney leaders and participating in interactive, hands-on experiences, students will explore how effective communication, critical thinking, innovation, and service contribute to successful leadership. Through the lens of Disney’s renowned 5 Keys of Excellence, participants will examine how strong leaders create positive experiences, build meaningful relationships, and inspire others toward a common goal. Students will engage in real-world problem-solving scenarios, reflect on their personal leadership style, and gain practical strategies they can apply in student organizations, academic settings, their future careers, and communities.
Whether leading a campus initiative, collaborating on a group project, or preparing for professional success, students will leave with a deeper understanding of leadership, increased confidence in their abilities, and new tools to make a lasting impact at USC and beyond.
