2026-27 National Transfer Student Ambassadors:

Adrianna Aaron
After stepping away from college for nearly a decade, Adrianna returned with a renewed
determination to finish what she started. As a wife and mother, her non-traditional college
journey has taught her the importance of perseverance, community, and support.
Adrianna earned her Associate of Arts in World Languages with a concentration in Spanish
from the College of Southern Nevada and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts
in World Languages with a concentration in Spanish at the University of Nevada, Las
Vegas. She is also a McNair Scholar.
At UNLV, Adrianna turned her transfer experience into a passion for helping others.
She serves as Vice President of the Rebel Transfer Student Organization and has shared
her experiences with incoming transfer students. As a National Transfer Student Ambassador,
Adrianna hopes to advocate for transfer students, connect them with resources, and
show that there is no single path to earning a college degree.

Isabella Eckart
Isabella Eckart is a junior pursuing a BFA in Graphic Design at The University of
Alabama after transferring from George C. Wallace Community College in Dothan, Alabama.
As a transfer student, Isabella understands the uncertainty of navigating a new institution,
which inspired her to serve as an ambassador and mentor for Bama Transfers, an organization
dedicated to supporting transfer students. Through her experiences, Isabella discovered many opportunities available for transfer
students and became passionate about helping others find those same opportunities. She supports transfer students academically through her involvement in Tau Sigma, the National Transfer
Student Honor Society. Isabella hopes to build a career as a graphic designer, eventually
pursuing a leadership role as an Art Director and potentially starting her own business.
Outside of academics and leadership, she enjoys baking, creating designs, hiking, and exploring nature.
Isabella’s experiences continue to inspire her dedication to transfer student advocacy.

Alexander Esparza
Alexander Esparza is a transfer student at UC Santa Barbara studying Economics. He
started his college career at Los Angeles Valley College before transferring to UCSB,
where he has since become an advocate for transfer students and student engagement
across campus. Alexander currently sits on the Chancellor’s Student Advisory Council
and is additionally a member of the Tau Sigma Honor Society. He has also taken on
leadership roles with both the Associated Students Program Board and the Associated
Students Office of the President, serving as the Deputy Commissioner and formerly
as the Transfer Student Coordinator. Alexander has used these opportunities to push
for a better transfer student experience and help build spaces where transfers can connect. After completing
his time at UCSB, he plans to break into the entertainment industry, bringing together
his interests in business and leadership.
