Registration Policies
Be sure to REGISTER and PAY by the stated deadline to receive the published rate. If we do not receive the full payment in our office by the respective deadlines, your registration will be cancelled. Once registration is cancelled, you will need to re-register at the rates in effect at that time as indicated on the registration form. There will be no exceptions to this payment policy.
