Introducing the ParkUSC app, powered by ParkZen, exclusively designed for the University of South Carolina community. This new app offers innovative solutions to enhance your parking experience on campus.
- Find Parking On Campus: Easily locate available parking across the campus, ensuring you never waste time searching for a place to park.
- Remember Where You Parked: Our app remembers your parking spot for you, so you never have to.
- Citation Warnings: Stay ahead of parking citations with timely warnings based on your permit type and parking location.
- Parking Announcements: Stay up to date with campus parking updates, to help plan your commute in advance.
- Parking Feedback: Provide feedback about your recent parking experiences to help USC Parking & Transportation Services improve parking on campus.
- User-Friendly Design: With USC in mind, our app is intuitive, efficient, and easy to navigate.
Important Notes:
- Once you download and install the app, you will be asked to "Always Allow Location". This allows the app to work even when terminated, continuing to process parking activity data on your mobile device
- The ParkUSC app is crowde-sourced, therefore the more active users the app has, the better the experience will be in finding available parking near your destination.
Setting up a Profile:
Set up your profile to get the most out of the ParkUSC app and enjoy all its features.
• Tap on “Profile” in the lower righthand corner of the screen.
• Tap on “Parking Profile.”
• If this is your first time accessing your profile, log in using your preferred email address. (We have USC SSO login in development!)
• Enter your license plate information and parking permit information.
• Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap to enable the feature that will only show you parking for your permit type. Tap “Save”.
• You will receive a message that your information has been saved. Tap on “Explore” in the bottom lefthand corner to go back to the parking map.
