Personal Fitness Training

Description

Description - Describes how students engage, what they do, reflecting the nature and depth of the program/experience.

Participants interact with an expert on exercise and fitness to better understand and define their fitness goals and then practice individually tailored resistance exercises and cardiovascular routines.
