Accessible seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance planning
is strongly encouraged to make your graduation experience more enjoyable for all of

First aid services, restrooms, and public telephones are available on the concourse.
Should you need assistance, ushers will be available to assist you.
Candidates with Mobility Impairments
Degree candidates who have mobility impairments or an inability to walk moderate distances
should contact us as soon as possible before the event to plan ahead for seating.
Drop-off and Parking
Family members or guests with mobility impairments or an inability to walk moderate
distances may be dropped off at the Colonial Life Arena entrance located near the
corner of College and Lincoln Streets. The driver of the vehicle will be directed
to the adjacent parking lots.
Seating for family members and guests with accessibility needs will be available.
No prior arrangements need to be made to secure seating in this area. One companion
may accompany each guest sitting in the accessible seating area. Ushers will direct
guests to the nearest accessible seating area.
A sign language interpreter will be positioned on the platform during the ceremony.
The interpreter will be viewable on the overhead video screen.
