Functional Genomics Core

The USC Functional Genomics Core offers state-of-the-art technologies and services supporting genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics and functional genomics research projects.

The Functional Genomics Core offers resources and solutions for conducting genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics and functional genomics projects.

We take a proactive role in working with researchers to determine project goals and design custom solutions, assisting with all stages of the project, from grant proposal development to publication-quality data generation. Our services cover gene expression analysis, epigenomics, genotyping and genome sequencing, functional screening, and educational workshops for the research community.
