The SAM office will be closed from December 24th through January 1st, 2026. During this period, staff will not be checking emails, Teams or voicemails.

 

Important Deadlines:

Proposal submissions due during the closure or immediately upon our return must be submitted in USCERA and ready for submission in the sponsor systems by December 18th, 2025.
Post-award requests received after December 18th will be prioritized based on sponsor deadlines and their impact on payroll or tuition.
 

Please be aware that not all requests may be completed before the break. Any pending requests will receive priority status upon our return. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We wish you a wonderful holiday season!
