Organization and Time Management Training for College Students

Struggling with symptoms of ADHD?

Consider this program that begins September 18th, 2019

  • Do you have difficulty with organizational and time management skills?
  • Would you like to learn new skills and be part of a group of college students facing similar challenges?

If your answer is “yes,” we invite you to participate in our program:

Organization & Time Management Training for College Students

You will learn:

  • How to prioritize your activities
  • How to get organized
  • How to motivate yourself
  • Study skills and strategies
  • More about ADHD

This 8-week program is for students who have either been diagnosed with ADHD or have significant symptoms of ADHD.

The cost of the program is $10 per session. There are 8 total sessions.

The group will meet from 6pm to 7:30pm on Wednesdays beginning September 18th. Location to be determined.

The groups will be led by doctoral student therapists. Each participant will also have some individual meetings with a therapist.
