Peer Success Consultants are trained undergraduate leaders who understand firsthand what it is like to be a student at the University of South Carolina. They are willing to share their personal experiences and their knowledge of campus resources to help you. SSC staff and graduate students also serve as Success Consultants.
A typical workshop lasts approximately 1 hour. Workshops are provided for academic classes, campus departments and undergraduate student organizations on campus. A wide range of topics are offered, from preparing for exams to time management to study skills.

We empower students, especially those who may be struggling in a course, to meet one-on-one with a Peer Success Consultant to explore study and time management strategies, create action plans, and learn about other helpful support services.
