Web Browsers
Try switching browsers if you are having an issue with a website. If you are using Google Chrome, try entering the tutoring room through Mozilla Firefox, for example. Other browsers include Internet Explorer (for PC) or Safari (for Mac).

If you are having trouble with your microphone, go into Preferences (Mac) or Control Panel (PC) and check your audio settings.

What to Bring to Tutoring
Come prepared to work and be an active participant in the session. Bring questions from your assignments or lectures and an open mind. Challenging yourself to try new things can have great rewards, in and out of the classroom.
