Bio

Hayley grew up fascinated by severe weather events, which quickly evolved into concern about our changing climate. She followed her passion to Salisbury University where she graduated with a degree in atmospheric sciences. After graduating, she attended the University of South Carolina where she started working with campus sustainability and received a master’s degree in higher education and student affairs. As the Interim Associate Director, Hayley primarily oversees the office’s student engagement initiatives. She has been fortunate enough to work with one of the best student leadership programs in the country, helping passionate students achieve their dreams.

Hayley spends her free time with her dog Louie and husband Walker. They are connoisseurs of pretzels and snowballs, enjoy gardening, never miss a good farmers market, take spontaneous hikes, watch lots of sports, and love to travel.
