From exclusive tours and academic fairs, to informal Q&A sessions in your area, there are plenty of opportunities to meet an admissions expert and get your questions answered in person.

Admitted Student Day

Designed for admitted students, Admitted Student Day is a comprehensive on-campus event, where you will learn about your academic program, mingle with current and prospective students, tour campus and residence halls, and find out what it means to be a Gamecock.

On-Campus Info Sessions

Our admissions counselors provide regular information sessions to members of the public who come for campus tours, every Monday through Friday. Just sign up for a tour through the visitor center, and you're guaranteed to get the basics on undergraduate admission as part of the visit experience!

Regional Admissions Events

Meet your local UofSC admissions representative, and learn about admissions requirements, scholarship and financial aid opportunities, scholar programs, and more. Regional admissions events include college fairs, high school visits and occasionally virtual live chats. Find your USC rep to see sessions held in your area.

Open House

Designed for high school seniors, Open House is a one-stop-shop where you can take a campus tour, visit residence halls, learn about admissions, scholarships and financial aid, and life on campus. Plus, you can speak one-on-one with academic and student service representatives to get all your questions answered.

Transfer Preview

Designed for college students interested in transferring to the University of South Carolina-Columbia, Transfer Preview occurs in the fall and showcases campus through tours and information sessions about the admissions process, financial aid, and other topics.

Summer Seniors

Summer Seniors is a four-day, residential recruitment program designed exclusively for high-achieving African American rising high school seniors. Attendees experience firsthand what it's like to live on a college campus.
