Gathering feedback through the Pulse Online Survey

March 15, 2016

Dear Carolina Students,

Welcome home! I hope you are well rested and ready for a strong finish to the semester. As you settle in, this might be the perfect time to "take your pulse." No, I'm not sending you to health services, I'm simply asking for 10 minutes of your time to participate in the Pulse Online Survey. This survey is designed to provide important feedback on such campus critical issues as climate and culture, community, faculty and staff, health and wellness, and academic and extracurricular involvement.

Your input is invaluable and will help us shape Carolina's future.

The Pulse Online Survey, which is voluntary and confidential, is a great opportunity to candidly share your thoughts about what's working on campus and what needs improvement. Your identity will be protected by a unique user login or ID number and survey results will not be reported in any form that would identify you. If you find a question that you don't want to answer, simply skip it and move to the next one. Your input is invaluable and will help us shape Carolina's future. We are asking that all surveys be completed by March 31. (Why not take 10 minutes to complete the survey now?)

To express our thanks for providing feedback, we have some terrific incentives. Survey participants will be randomly selected to receive gifts that include a reserved parking space, autographed basketballs from Coach Staley and Coach Martin, an autographed  football from Coach Muschamp and much more. The list is growing!

Please take 10 minutes to complete the Pulse Online Survey and encourage your friends to do the same. If you're still having reservations, we encourage you to learn more about the Pulse Online Survey so that we can address any questions or concerns that you may have.

Help us create the best student experience ever.

Go Gamecocks!
