Background
Lillian L. Sims has over 20 years of higher education experience in financial aid serving parents, students, faculty, and staff at USC Sumter, Claflin University, and South Carolina State University. She joined USC Palmetto College in 2008 and currently serves as the Assistant Director of USC Palmetto College Central Financial Aid Office.
She manages all aspects of the Federal Work Study program and the Direct Loan Program for the four USC Palmetto College Campuses. She is also responsible for maintaining the Federal Return of Title IV (R2T4) refund process for students who officially or unofficially withdraw. Lillian provides guidance and direction to the Palmetto College Campus Financial Aid personnel regarding federal and state programs including technical processing issues to remain in compliance.
Lillian earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Education Degree from South Carolina State University.
