The Office of the Vice President for Research is very pleased to recognize Dr. David Dangerfield (Assistant Professor of History), Dr. Sarah Miller (Professor of History), Dr. Fidele Ngwane (Associate Professor of Mathematics), Dr. Melissa Rack (Assistant Professor of English), and Dr. Rodney Steward (Associate Professor of History) as 2020 RISE recipients. RISE, a competitive funding program, provides financial support for faculty working at USC's system campuses and online bachelor's degree completion programs to conduct research and scholarly activities during the summer months.
