Understanding the Schedule

Scheduled flight dates are marked by destination and the requesting office. Unmarked dates on the calendar are also available for travel.

Open Seating

Any open seats on university flights are available on a first come, first served basis provided qualifications are met. Contact Flight Operations for available seating by calling 803-530-2551 or 803-530-6243. 

Verifying Flight Status 

Generally, a flight will be canceled if fewer than three passengers make a reservation. In some cases, the last-minute withdrawal of one or more passenger(s) from a flight can cause an entire flight to be canceled.
