SUBJECT: Letter of concurrence for FINA 750/MGMT 750

A revision is needed
Please rephrase "learning outcomes" using the word "understand" and consider replacing with one or more of "Identify, define and describe or differentiate" as appropriate. Concept: looking for measurable outcomes.
Please clarify the final exam (exam 3) will be a scheduled final exam (vs. administered in class in the final session of the semester--as is indicated in the section titled "Exams."
The justification sounds more like course description. List learning outcomes as a separate section and not collapsed with Course Description. Also, link learning outcomes to what students will master, not what course will do. There is no designation when Exam 3 will be adminstered.
Please label "Learning Outcomes" and modify to use "Action verbs" for measurable student outcomes. Outcomes are different from objectives. Here is a link to the CTE site:
An absence policy is required.
