This change adds appropriate alternatives to the listed prerequisite ENCP 200. This enables qualified students to enroll in ENCP 360 without the administrative burden of issuing prerequisite overrides. This change was discussed by faculty in the college and approved by the college's Undergradaute Directors Committee at a called meeting on April 25, 2017.
Please add the new prerequisites to the proposal under the heading New Pre/Co-requisites.
I'm not sure what happened, because the new prerequisites did appear in my view of APPS at the time the proposal was submitted.
I also note that the old prerequisites pulled into the form by APPS do not match what is listed in the bulletin.
Regardless, the new prerequisites are:
Prerequisites: ENCP 200 or ECIV 200 or EMCH 200 or BMEN 260 or BMEN 263 or ECHE 300; PHYS 211
Thank you for submitting your proposal to the Committee on Curricula & Courses. We are moving your proposal forward to the Faculty Senate. We appreciate your patience and commitment to undergraduate and graduate education.

Faculty Senate Committee on Curricula and Courses
