Comparative health systems of the world including health system organization, management, financing, resource use and health outcomes.
There is no course in USC that compares and contrasts health systems of the world. Comparative health system course allows students to acquire the skills of conducting health system evaluation and identify potential policy reforms to address specific issues or concerns of a health system. This course will be offered jointly with HSPM 710. All class sessions will be held internationally and one country will be visited for focusing on the health system of the country in comparison with other major health systems.

Faculty Senate Committee on Curricula and Courses
I spoke with Dr. Khan about this, and he has changed his mind on both of these courses. That is, he no longer wants to withdraw the proposal for 510 or for 710.
