Producing a student cadre trained in applied and basic aspects of behavioral neuroscience is a critical factor to increase and advance our future workforce pipeline. To better serve our students and to reach a broader audience, the Department of Psychology desires to make more of their core basic neuroscience course (PSYC 460) deliverable through distance learning method. Quality asynchronous courses can benefit diverse cadres of learners in psychology and other disciplines regardless of their physical location. The Department of Psychology has a proven track record of offering quality ADA compliant distributed learning courses. Delivering PSYC 460 via an asynchronous, 100% online format will also support the University’s efforts to make first-rate courses available to a wider scope of students, including those who may experience distance or time constraints
The grading system selected is Standard (Letter Grades with Pass/Fail option) so you need to explain what constitutes a passing grade for the course.
