This course examines and analyzes the effectives and efficiency of events in Hospitality, Tourism, Sport, Entertainment and Fashion and Retail Management industries.Event production, evaluation, and analysis will be conducted. Detailed activities involved in event production, evaluation, and analysis will be discussed and implemented.
The event industry continues to grow and this course provides students with a comprehensive examination of the industry. This class provides students with the analytical skills to evalaute an event.

The Short Course Title and Long Course Title need to be revised to remove the course number, "HRSM 491". These fields should only contain the title of the course, not the course number.
Also, please specify a minimum grade required for each prerequisite.
