The Department of Retailing is revitalizing its current Master’s Program to better reflect the needs of today’s students and retail practitioners. In that regard, some courses will be developed or modified to focus on innovative channels of marketing goods and services (e.g., e-commerce, mobile-commerce), and technology used in the industry. RETL 750 will use the latest technology that is currently being used by sales managers in various fields. Salesforce programming is one of the leading CRM programs in the country and a certification will only benefit the student and make the student more marketable for employment.
