Revised the title of the course to better differentiate it from ELCT 554 Grid Integration of PV Systems.
The revised Bulletin Description accommodates minor adjustments and improvements in course content, and eliminates reference to “systems” topics which are covered instead in another course - ELCT 554 Grid integration of PV Systems.
Removed the restriction "Senior undergraduate or graduate standing" from the current description and replaced it with an appropriate prerequisite (ELCT 363).
