Work experience and participation in management decision-making in a hospitality and tourism business environment. Positions assigned on an individual basis with emphasis on oral and written communication skills, planning, and problem solving.
It has been determined that in order to allow for real life projects for all students in this class with supervision, the independent time spent per project has to be decreased. The students will have more direct supervision by the instructor in a HRTM class with 3 credit hours rather than with the HRSM 795 class.
This course appears to be HRSM 795 - Not a new course. Simon Hudson has been teaching this course. I thought some discussion had taken place about reducing the credit hours from six to three.
