Our Computer Information Systems major has dropped CSCE 311 from its requirements, so it can no longer be used. CSCE 350 covers a lot of material that will be useful in CSCE 490, and especially in CSCE 492 (which is the second part in the 490-492 sequence). Thus, we have chosen to make CSCE 350 a prereq. or co-req. of CSCE 490.
Delete the syllabus as it is not required for a change in prerequisites.
