Exploration of the fundamentals of Omni-Channel Retailing.
Understanding Omni-channel retailing is essential for executives in the retailing industry. This course will benefit Master of Retailing students as well as persons already in the retailing industry. Learners will obtain knowledge of the components and intricacies of Omni-channel retailing and its potential impact to their company. The distributed learning format offers retail industry personnel the opportunity access to course while working full-time. The Department of Retailing has received numerous requests for distributed learning graduate courses.
