MART 201 - Fundamentals of Media Arts Production MART 210 - Digital Media Arts Fundamentals
Choose 4 additional MART courses from 200 level or above, two of which must be at the 400 level or above. MART 499 Internship and MART 399 Independent Study may not apply to the minor in Media Arts.
MART 201 was added as a prerequisite for one of our most popular courses in the minor, MART 371. Not including MART 201 in the minor introduced a burden for students in the minor, and caused an unintended adminsitrative problem waiving it. Additionally, we have one intermediate level course, MART 262 (Digital Imaging) that we are not able to offer often because it is inadvertently excluded from the minor since it is under the 300 level. Changing the additional courses in the minor to include 200-levels and above opens this course up to minors as well.
