Terminate the three concentrations: Applied Physiology, Health Aspects of Physical Activity, and Rehabilitation Sciences, and create one merged MS degree.
The three MS concentrations are not meeting the needs of our students. Having three MS concentrations creates difficulty with advisement, management, progression to degree, and student satisfaction of the program. In addition, having one MS curriculum would promote cohesiveness among students. The major requirements contain coursework from each of the three Doctoral Divisions. The electives allow flexibility which can be tailored to students’ interests and professional goals.
As requested, the "advisor approved" courses were removed.
