The innovation and entrepreneurship concentration focuses on providing PMBA students with the skills and competencies needed to excel in the following areas:
The Management Science department of the Darla Moore School of Business is re-numbering its existing courses to align with the Provost Office request for 700-level courses to be taught in masters degree programs and 800-level courses to be taught only in PhD programs. The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Concentration of the Professional MBA program lists MGSC 872, now 772, as a possible elective for the concentration. MGMT 780 is the now approved number for the prioe special topics course BADM 790 on Entrepreneurial Finance. Adding the two special topics courses will give students more varied course options emphasizing international issues and strategic approaches to innovation.
BADM 790 was changed to MGMT 733 and IBUS 790 title was changed based on conversation with L. Ravlin at the meeting on 12/06/17
