Student Email Migrating to Office 365
The student email migration from Live@edu to Office 365 has been completed. Students should be able to access their email after they reset their Network Username password. If you are experiencing problems accessing your email, please follow these directions:
|Step 1:||Reset your password, even if you have already done so. This will help with the next steps. Passwords can be reset here: https://my.sc.edu/apps/username/index.
|Step 2:||If you access your student email through your smart phone or other mobile device, you need to update the password on the phone or device to the new password you just set in step 1. This is an important step! If an old password is stored in your smart phone or mobile device, it will most likely (and inadvertently) block your account by trying to authenticate using the old password.
|Step 3:||Only after you have completed steps 1 and 2, can you test your password here: https://www.uts.sc.edu/support/authenticate.php. Enter your USC Network Username (the first part of your email address) and your newly reset password, then click the Authenticate button. If authentication is successful, proceed to step 4. If Authentication is not successful, wait a few minutes and try again. If after 20 minutes you still cannot authenticate, contact the UTS Service Desk.

Aiken - http://outlook.com/email.usca.edu
Beaufort - http://outlook.com/email.uscb.edu
Columbia and 2-year campuses - http://outlook.com/email.sc.edu
