Chemical and physical processes of mineral formation in earth systems including an overview of igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic rock-forming processes. Includes laboratory. Field trips required.Prerequisite: GEOL 101 or GEOL 103 or GEOL 201; CHEM 111 recommended. FS: 06/03/2015.CL: 2020.
