True Colors

True Colors is a highly interactive personality assessment that simplifies the complex study of human behavior into four easy-to-understand personality types. Grounded in educational and psychological research, this assessment provides a common language for understanding differences in communication, motivation, and work style. By recognizing these patterns, participants gain practical strategies to reduce conflict, strengthen collaboration, and build more inclusive environments.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0)

The EQ-i 2.0 assessment measures emotional intelligence, a set of skills that research has shown to be critical for effective leadership, academic success and workplace performance. The tool evaluates key areas such as self-awareness, interpersonal relationships, decision making and adaptability. Participants receive personalized feedback that highlights strengths and identifies opportunities for growth, offering concrete strategies to improve how they connect, lead and respond to challenges.
