Research
Dr. Sahoo has cellular and molecular neuroscience research experience specifically in the fields of mRNA storage and translational control mechanisms. Dr. Sahoo’s research focuses on deciphering the functions of stress granules formed under physiological conditions during neuronal development, nerve repair, and pathological conditions using a combination of genetic, molecular, and cell biological tools. Dr. Sahoo has taught courses on Biology of neurological diseases and Cell & molecular biology, and Biochemistry.
