Criminology Students Awarded for Scholarship and Service

Four of the department's undergraduate students were presented awards on Thursday, April 19, 2018 for their outstanding achievements in academics and service.

The Criminology and Criminal Justice Diamoney A. Greene Memorial Award is presented to a junior or senior who has made a significant contribution in the area of prevention or intervention in intimate partner violence, sexual assault, or stalking, as measured by participation in service, advocacy, or research.

The Criminology and Criminal Justice Outstanding Academic Excellence Award is presented to the graduating senior who has attained the highest grade point average in the criminology and criminal justice major.

The Outstanding Service Award is presented to a junior or senior who has demonstrated outstanding leadership and service as measured by participation in the department, university or civic organizations.
